Anthony is a senior intellectual property, sports, and business attorney at IdeaParlor Law. Anthony manages the IdeaParlor Law Team. The IdeaParlor Law Team has experienced professionals with over 20 years of combined expertise across law, business, technology, sports, and consulting. Anthony has been involved in various strategy and advisory roles at start-ups, corporate, legal, and consulting organizations. Anthony has also served as General Counsel and operational CEO for various start-ups and business organizations. Anthony has also personally represented many business owners, athletes, and founders.

Anthony specializes in preparing, developing, and executing strategies for securing patents nationally and internationally. He also engages in patent licensing for developing IP portfolios of high value and represents clients in licensing and acquisition deals to monetize on their IP rights. He has secured patents, negotiated, and executed domestic and international IP deals in the Software, Internet/Telecom, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, and Medical Device fields. Anthony has also experience in patent litigation at District Courts and at the ITC.

Anthony’s practice also includes “Soft IP” such as Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets and commercial matters including contracts, due diligence, M&A, and technology transactions.

His degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA has helped him serve technology companies of all sizes, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, including Microsoft, Sprint, Samsung, Intel, IBM, Fujitsu, OpenText, Salesforce, etc. Prior to law school, Anthony worked as a software engineer and played as an athlete in many competitive programs. Anthony has also worked as a Patent Examiner and IP attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
